What is a business intelligence check?

A business intelligence check at Hadyński Inkaso means verifying a debtor before you decide on debt collection. We gather information about their financial situation, assets and debt collection history — all in one report.

We work from three sources. Public registers — the foundation, but only a starting point. Our in-house debtor database built over 10 years of debt collection — we know who has already come our way and how they behaved. A network of market contacts — industry insiders, law firms, former clients. Information you will not find in any public register.

We want you to make your decision based on facts, not guesswork. If it turns out the case is worth pursuing — you stay with us for the collection. If not — at least you will know there is no point wasting time and money.

The best debt collection decision is one made with knowledge of the debtor.

How it works in practice

  1. 01 Stage

    You provide the debtor’s details

Company tax ID (NIP), company name, or the full name of an individual. Any one of these is enough for us to get started.

  2. 02 Stage

    We check public registers

Business status, changes in the National Court Register (KRS), insolvency entries, enforcement proceedings, capital ties.

  3. 03 Stage

    We cross-check our own database

Has this debtor dealt with us before? How did they behave, what did they promise, did they pay? 10 years of data at our disposal.

  4. 04 Stage

We activate our network of contacts

We ask trusted industry insiders, former clients and law firms. The most valuable information is often informal.

  5. 05 Stage

A consultant calls you within 24h

A short call in which we give you a clear recommendation: worth collecting, worth collecting with safeguards, or not worth it. With reasoning.

  6. 06 Stage

    Decision and next steps

We discuss the recommendation together. If the case is worth pursuing — we move smoothly into amicable or court debt collection, with the debtor analysis already done. If not — you have it in black and white, with no unnecessary costs.

How much does a business intelligence check cost?

Checking a debtor is free of charge. Regardless of the scale of the case and the depth of the analysis — we do not charge for the check itself. Tell us who to verify — we will call you back within 24 hours with a clear recommendation. No upfront costs, no hidden fees, no fixed subscriptions.

For anyone who wants to recover their money.

A business intelligence check makes sense before every debt collection decision — because knowledge about the debtor determines whether the case is worth pursuing or not. It is a risk analysis you will not find in commercial credit bureau reports.

  • 01 Companies with a debtor who are unsure whether the case is worth pursuing — especially with smaller amounts.
  • 02 Cases after unsuccessful collection by another agency — check what has changed on the debtor’s side since the last attempt.
  • 03 Cases with a difficult debtor — one who ignores, disputes or avoids contact.
  • 04 Cases “on the edge of profitability” — where the cost of collection could exceed the chances of recovery.
  • 05 Clients who want to decide based on facts — before investing anything in debt collection.

Public registers (company status, enforcement proceedings, capital ties), our in-house database from 10 years of debt collection (whether the debtor has dealt with us before), a network of industry contacts (informal opinions, market signals). You receive the result as a short report with a recommendation.
Yes — although in that case the scope is limited to what the law (GDPR) allows. In practice, for private individuals we check their debt collection history and entries in public registers.
24 hours from submission — during business hours. Sometimes faster. If the case requires deeper verification (e.g. a foreign debtor), we let you know after the initial analysis.
We move smoothly into amicable or court debt collection — depending on the profile of the case. You do not have to explain anything from scratch — we already have the debtor analysis ready.
We will tell you straight. We do not push debt collection at any cost — that would go against our long-term interest. If the case is hopeless, you get it in black and white, with reasoning.
