Field debt collection
When a debtor ignores calls, emails and payment demands, a face-to-face visit changes the dynamics of the conversation. Our field agent goes to the debtor’s place of business and expects a concrete commitment.
What a field agent’s visit looks like
This short video shows what the first visit of our field agent to a debtor looks like. Professional, calm, no raised voices — but with a clear message.

What is field debt collection?
Field debt collection is a direct visit by our field agent to the debtor’s place of business. Its purpose is a conversation, confirming the company’s situation and obtaining a concrete repayment commitment.
It is not a bailiff action, it does not involve harassing private individuals and it does not use force. It is a professional business conversation, backed by documents and a clear message: the case has not been dropped.
Clients do not order field collection separately — by assigning us amicable debt collection, you get the full toolset, including field visits. We decide when a visit makes sense.
It is hardest to say no to someone standing in front of your desk.
How it works in practice
- 01 Stage
Case analysis within amicable collection
We assess whether a field visit will help the case. If the debtor has a fixed place of business and the case justifies a visit, we plan the trip.
- 02 Stage
Visit preparation
We assemble the documentation and set the conversation strategy. The field agent knows what the debtor previously promised and what they denied.
- 03 Stage
Visit to the debtor
The field agent arrives at the business address. Professionally, without ambushes and without force. A conversation, presenting the case, a concrete commitment.
- 04 Stage
On-site negotiations
In most cases the conversation ends with repayment terms: a lump sum, installments or with security. Everything is recorded in a protocol.
- 05 Stage
Follow-up monitoring
We track whether the debtor keeps to the arrangements. Every payment and every delay is recorded. If needed, we plan another visit.
- 06 Stage
Case closure
Once the arrangements are fulfilled, you receive the visit documentation, a repayment report and the protocols. If further steps are needed, we recommend them individually.
How much does field debt collection cost?
Field collection is a standard tool of our amicable debt collection — there is no separate price and no extra charges. We cover the logistics costs ourselves, because we analyze every case first. We settle on a success fee.
For anyone who wants to recover their money.
A field visit is particularly effective where the debtor has a business, office, warehouse or shop and has stopped responding to remote contact.
- 01 Companies with a business debtor — where the field agent can visit the headquarters or office.
- 02 Cases ignored over the phone — the debtor does not pick up, does not reply, vanishes into thin air.
- 03 Larger amounts — where the cost of a visit is small compared to the value of the case.
- 04 Cases with a difficult debtor — one who disputes, stalls, makes empty promises.
- 05 Cases mature within amicable collection — where you want to give a strong, final chance for an amicable resolution.
