What is bulk debt collection?
Bulk debt collection at Hadyński Inkaso means managing receivables portfolios as a single organism — with a dedicated account manager on our side, the Hingo gateway for fast batch submission of cases, and batch reporting. Instead of running each case separately, we set a uniform procedure for the whole portfolio and optimise our actions to its characteristics.
We start with an analysis of the portfolio structure — the age of the debts, the debtors’ industries, the amounts, the quality of the documentation. On that basis we segment the cases and assign each group the right path: some go straight to amicable collection, some after a quick demand letter, some to individual review.
Every case in the portfolio is handled at a pace matched to its characteristics, but with a shared reporting system. Once a month you receive a consolidated report — instead of 50 emails about each case separately.
The portfolio works as one system, not as 50 separate assignments.
How we launch a portfolio
- 01 Stage
Contact and first call
Get in touch with us — we will discuss the characteristics of your portfolio: scale, industry, age of the debts. On the very first call we will tell you what we can do and under what cooperation model.
- 02 Stage
Portfolio analysis
You send us a consolidated file with the list of cases. We analyse the structure, segment the portfolio by priority and expected recovery, and propose specific paths for each group.
- 03 Stage
Portfolio onboarding
The portfolio goes to your dedicated account manager. We agree contact lists, report format and communication channel. You add further debtors through the Hingo gateway.
- 04 Stage
Launch and reporting
We start collection in parallel for all cases. Every month you receive a consolidated report — how much has been recovered, how much is in progress, the recovery forecast. No daily pings, no managing individual cases.
For companies with a recurring problem of unpaid invoices.
We work with companies for which unpaid invoices are not an exception but a permanent line in the cash flow. Wherever the number of cases starts to outgrow the internal team’s capacity to handle them individually — we step in with a systemic approach.
- 01 Wholesalers and distributors. Selling on trade credit means a constant base of unpaid invoices. Instead of running each case separately — you hand us the whole portfolio.
- 02 Subscription operators and SaaS. A stable customer base = a stable cohort of overdue subscriptions. A repeatable procedure of demands and disconnection, integration with your billing system.
- 03 Non-bank lenders and funds. B2B and consumer portfolios, cases before and after judgment. Professional handling at the scale of thousands of cases a year.
- 04 Landlords with property portfolios. Residential and commercial units, overdue rent, move-out settlements. A bulk procedure, each case handled individually.
- 05 Collection agencies and law firms. White label or assignment of cases. You hand over part of your portfolio to us as a subcontractor, and we run it to your standards.
