Amicable debt collection
We recover money without going to court: phone calls, payment demands, formal pressure and negotiations. First we try to close the case quickly, at low cost and without involving a litigation law firm.
What is amicable debt collection?
Amicable debt collection is the stage where we recover the outstanding amount without a lawsuit and without a bailiff. Instead of going straight to court, we launch a sequence of actions designed to bring the debtor to the table and to payment.
We analyze the documents, contact the debtor, send payment demands, negotiate a repayment schedule and keep track of deadlines. We act consistently, but within the law and with documentation that will be useful if the case does end up in court.
It is the cheapest and usually the fastest recovery path. The client pays nothing for the case intake, and our fee is tied to the amount recovered.
Every case gets a different plan, the same result: money in your account.
How amicable debt collection works
- 01 Stage
Case analysis
We review the documents, verify the debtor in public registers and build an action plan tailored to the specific case.
- 02 Stage
First payment demand
A phone call to the debtor and a formal demand for payment. We communicate specific terms and the consequences of no response.
- 03 Stage
Escalation
If the debtor does not respond, we reach for further pressure tools: decision-makers, stronger letters and online actions.
- 04 Stage
Repayment plan
Once the debtor comes back to the table, we agree on the amount, deadline and security, and sign a settlement.
- 05 Stage
Repayment monitoring
We track the schedule and react at the first delay. Your money goes directly to your account.
- 06 Stage
Case closure
The money is with you, the case is settled, the documentation archived. Only then do we issue our invoice.
How long does amicable debt collection take?
The first results are usually visible within two weeks or so. The standard case-handling period is 90 days, but we close 70% of cases within the first month. The fresher the receivable and the better the documentation, the higher the chance of recovering the money quickly.
