We work on a success fee basis — no upfront costs, no fee for accepting a case. The rate depends on the type of case (B2B / B2C / international) and the amount of the debt. You can charge the fee to the debtor under Article 10 of the Polish act on counteracting excessive payment delays.
Documents confirming the debt: an invoice, a contract or a payment demand. Debtor details: company name or full name, tax ID (NIP/PESEL), address, contact details. If something is missing, we will help you complete it.
