What is debt purchase?

Debt purchase at Hadyński Inkaso means an assignment — the formal takeover of your receivable. In practice, the case that used to be yours becomes ours. You receive the agreed payment, and we take over responsibility for all further actions towards the debtor.

Every case starts with a document analysis — invoices, contracts, correspondence, the debtor’s legal situation. Without it, there is no responsible way to determine the terms on which we can take over the receivable. Two cases of the same amount may require completely different paths and different assignment terms.

After the analysis, we discuss a realistic scenario with you — whether the assignment truly is the best route in your situation, or whether it pays off more to run the case together with us in a different model. The decision is always yours; we give you full information so that it is an informed one.

Every case requires individual analysis before valuation.

How the process works

  1. 01 Stage

    Contact and documents

Get in touch and send us the case documents: the invoice, the contract, your correspondence with the debtor so far. The fuller the picture, the more precise the solution we can propose.

  2. 02 Stage

    Case analysis

We review the documentation, the debtor’s legal situation and the specifics of the obligation. Every case is different — the analysis lets us offer you concrete, fair terms.

  3. 03 Stage

    Call and arrangements

We come back with a concrete proposal — valuation, terms, timeline. We discuss the details directly to avoid misunderstandings. No cookie-cutter offers.

  4. 04 Stage

    Signing the agreement

Once you accept the terms, we sign the assignment agreement — on paper or electronically. The funds reach you as agreed, and we take over the further handling of the case.

How much does debt purchase cost?

Every case is valued individually — depending on the documentation, the debtor’s legal situation and the specifics of the obligation. The first consultation is free — during the call we will go through the details and determine whether, and on what terms, we can offer an assignment. No template valuations, no hidden conditions.

Who we help most often.

Every case is worth a conversation. Assignment is one of the routes, but not always the best one in a given situation — sometimes amicable or court debt collection, which we also provide, works better. That is why we start with a conversation and an analysis — with no obligations.

  • 01 Companies looking for a quick decision. You need something concrete — what next with a specific invoice? After the analysis, we come back with a clear action proposal.
  • 02 B2B portfolios to assess. You have several, a dozen, or dozens of unpaid invoices and do not know where to start? We will go through the list with you and show realistic scenarios.
  • 03 Cases with a documented basis. An invoice, a contract, correspondence — documents are the starting point of every conversation. Without them it is hard to propose anything.
  • 04 Creditors from B2B and B2C. We work both with companies and with private individuals who hold documented obligations owed by other parties.
  • 05 Clients who value transparency. We explain where our proposals come from, instead of showing a ready-made valuation with no context. You make your decision fully informed.
